Search Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Demolition Labourers to join a busy project in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking operatives with demolition experience to work on a range of demolition and refurbishment projects.
Duties Will Include:
- Soft strip demolition works
- General demolition labouring
- Assisting with structural and non-structural demolition
- Site clearance and waste management
- Removal and segregation of materials
- Refurbishment strip-out works
- Loading and unloading materials
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Supporting site supervisors and demolition teams as required
Requirements:
- Valid CCDO Card (essential)
- Previous demolition and soft strip experience
- Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
- Ability to carry out all aspects of demolition labouring
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
- Checkable references from previous relevant employment
