The Opportunity
You’ll join a welcoming Customer Service team handling inbound calls, web chats, and emails, supporting customers with a wide range of queries. Every interaction is about listening, understanding, and providing clear, helpful guidance. This isn’t a scripted or high‑pressure environment - it’s a place where you’re trusted to use your judgement, show empathy, and deliver service you can be proud of.
Candidates with experience in contact centres, medical environments, logistics, or other busy operational roles tend to thrive here - but this experience is desired, not essential. If you’re organised, calm under pressure, and great with people, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound customer queries via phone, web chat, and email
- Providing clear, friendly, solutions‑focused support
- Managing a variety of customer requests with professionalism and care
- Supporting customers in sensitive or challenging situations with empathy
- Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey
Salary & Bonus
£13.00 to £13.50 per hour
Additional discretionary company bonus scheme
Working Pattern
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:30pm (1‑hour lunch)
One Saturday every 3-4 weeks (9am-1pm)
Shorter working week when a Saturday is worked
Hybrid working - 2 days from home
37.5 hours per week
