Customer Service Administrator Swinton, Manchester £26,000 – £27,000 per annum Full time, Permanent Contract Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (No weekends) Your new company An excellent opportunity to join a manufacturing business looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team due to growth. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of an experienced team within an international organisation based in Swinton, Manchester. Your new role The main purpose of your role is to manage customer orders from receipt to delivery whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Key duties will include: handling customer queries over the phone and through email, managing order processing and communicating with other internal departments. You will also be expected to complete any other ad-hoc administration tasks as well as building relationships and keeping up to date with any new product information. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience within a customer focused role Relationship building and client care is key for this role so you will be able to demonstrate this in a previous position.
