We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a customer-focused team. In this role, you will assist customers with a variety of queries and provide effective solutions through phone, email, and chat support. What Will You Be Doing? Customer Support: Deliver excellent service to customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Problem-Solving: Handle a range of customer concerns, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions. Account Management: Assist customers with managing their accounts, including processing requests and providing information on products and services. Complaint Handling: Resolve complaints professionally and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction. Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions. Sensitive Situations: Handle sensitive customer situations with empathy, especially when dealing with vulnerable customers or bereaved family members. What Do You Need to Apply?
