Salary: Β£27,000 per annum
Working Hours: 9:30am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (flexible availability required for shifts between 6am – 10pm, including weekends if necessary)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator (CSA) to join our dynamic team on a client site in Livingston. In this role, you will be supporting both the office and warehouse functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, managing administrative back-office tasks, and utilising multiple systems for day-to-day activities. A keen eye for detail, great organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound customer service calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Managing back-office administrative tasks including data entry, order processing, and record-keeping.
Using multiple systems for managing inventory, processing orders, and other related tasks.
Printing and labeling products accurately for warehouse and dispatch.
Ensuring the smooth coordination between office administration and warehouse functions.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all information is inputted correctly.
Supporting other ad-hoc administrative and warehouse tasks as required.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Proficiency in using various computer systems and applications.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including weekends, as required.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
