The Role
As a Customer Retention & Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting existing business customers. You'll engage with customers through outbound and inbound conversations, helping them renew contracts, understand available services, and identify solutions that best meet their needs. This isn't a hard-sales environment. Success comes from building trust, understanding customer requirements, and delivering an excellent experience while achieving commercial objectives.
You'll be responsible for:
- Speaking with existing customers regarding contract renewals and service agreements
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services where appropriate
- Handling customer enquiries and guiding customers through available options
- Building strong relationships through professional phone and email communication
- Resolving customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business goals
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems
- Supporting contract administration activities to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Continuously developing your skills and contributing to a positive team culture
Who We're Looking For
