Are you a confident and experienced Credit Controller ready for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Glasgow. With a growing client portfolio, this is a temporary role with opportunity to go permanent.

We are looking to speak with candidates who have at least two years of experience in a credit control or collections environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Credit Control procedures, driving team targets.
  • Resolve queries promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and correspondence.
  • Lead and motivate a small team of Credit Controllers.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Handle LBAs, writ proceedings, and high-value debts.
  • Process payments, reminders, and daily cash postings.
  • Reconcile client remittances and manage the legal tab on Debtor Tracker.
  • Follow up on missed or short payments.
