We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our client's Residential Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancing professional to manage a varied caseload independently while delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
The Key Responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancer:
- Independently manage a full and varied caseload including:
- Sales and purchases
- Leasehold and freehold transactions
- Newbuild matters
- Transfers of equity
The Key Requirements of the Residential Conveyancer:
Essential:
- Minimum 2-3 years' proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions
- Commitment to excellent client care and high professional standards
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
Desirable:
- Experience working within quality standards frameworks such as Lexcel or CQS
- Relevant legal qualifications such as Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent
