We are working with a well-established and highly respected civil engineering contractor to assist them in hiring a Contracts Manager for their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and construction projects across the Central Belt. The role offers the chance to take ownership of multiple contracts, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in the continued success of the organisation.
As the Contracts Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Managing commercial performance, including cost control and forecasting
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Leading and supporting Site Managers and project teams
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within construction or civil engineering
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project financials
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
