Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company, is looking for a Collections Agent to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and ambitious environment where your contributions truly matter. What You\’ll Be Doing As a Collections & Recovery Agent, you\’ll play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and delivering outstanding service. You\’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and support the recovery process with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication to arrange payments and resolve outstanding balances. Collaborate with internal departments to address customer queries and disputes. Investigate overdue accounts and develop tailored strategies for resolution. Liaise with the legal recoveries team on cases requiring legal action, ensuring full compliance. Monitor and follow up on payment plans, escalating unresolved issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and collection activities.
