Join a Growing Specialist Roofing & External Works Contractor. We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee roofing, rendering, and External Wall Insulation (EWI) projects across residential and commercial sites. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering high-quality external refurbishment works.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of live sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and client communication while maintaining strict health & safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage roofing, rendering, and EWI installation projects from start to completion
  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with programme deadlines
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks
  • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and labour requirements
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, and senior management
  • Complete site reports, RAMS, and health & safety documentation
  • Ensure exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction throughout each project

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience managing: Roofing projects, Rendering systems, External Wall Insulation (EWI) works
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple trades on site
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

Certification & Qualifications Required:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work certificate
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Scaffold inspection qualification
  • NVQ Level 6 or equivalent in Construction Management
