Labourers Needed (CSCS Card & Asbestos Awareness Certificate Required) - Clitheroe
Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for Labourers to join a soft strip demolition project at a school in the Clitheroe area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established contractor on a school refurbishment project. Previous demolition or soft strip experience is preferred, although a valid CSCS card is the minimum requirement.
Duties Will Include:
- Assisting with soft strip works within a school environment
- Removing fixtures, fittings, and non-structural materials
- General labouring duties
- Site clearance and waste management
- Segregating and disposing of materials safely
- Loading and unloading materials as required
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Supporting the site team and supervisors as required
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
- Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Essential we can provide training)
- Previous demolition or soft strip experience preferred
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to provide recent references from similar work
