We’re working with a leading contract catering to recruit an Executive Head Chef for a high-profile hospitality and events site in central London. This is a senior leadership role overseeing a multi-outlet operation, including large-scale hospitality & events alongside a premium café with a small retail food offer. Perfect for an experienced chef who thrives in complex environments and enjoys leading and developing strong kitchen teams.
- Lead all culinary operations across hospitality, events, and café/retail outlets
- Manage, mentor, and develop a large team of chefs across multiple service styles
- Drive food quality, consistency, and innovation
- Full ownership of food costs, GP, compliance, and operational standards
