We're looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join a purpose-driven team dedicated to helping customers navigate complex and often vulnerable financial situations.
This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week (with options for 37.5 or 35 hours pro rata), with a hybrid setup (2-3 days in the office after training) offering a salary of up to £36,571.
The role involves supporting customers in complex and sensitive financial situations, providing tailored advice and helping them reach sustainable outcomes. This is more than a customer service role, it's an opportunity to provide meaningful, life-changing support. You'll act as a Debt Advice Specialist, using your judgement, empathy, and expertise to guide individuals through sensitive and challenging circumstances, often where there is no clear, standard solution.
Working Hours & Flexibility:
- 40 hours per week (with options for 37.5 or 35 hours - salary pro rata)
- Flexible shifts Monday-Saturday:
- Monday-Friday: 8am - 8pm
- Saturday: 8am - 5pm
- First 12 weeks office-based
- Full availability required for the first 6 weeks (training period)
- Thereafter, 2-3 days per week in the office / home based
About You:
