The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential purchase files from instruction through to completion.
- Reviewing title documents, contracts, mortgage offers, and search results.
- Preparing clear and comprehensive reports for clients.
- Handling complex and technical conveyancing queries with confidence.
- Preparing completion statements and associated financial documentation.
- Managing exchanges, completions, and post-completion matters.
- Conducting source of funds and compliance checks.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records.
- Identifying and mitigating potential legal and transactional risks.

Requirements
- Qualified Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or equivalent experience.
