Are you looking to take the next step in your culinary career within one of the UK's most exciting farm-to-fork kitchens? We are currently recruiting talented chefs at Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef level to join an award-winning estate set within over 400 acres of beautiful countryside, just an hour outside London. • Running or supporting your own section during service
    • Working closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver consistently outstanding food
    • Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
    • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
    • Working with hyper-seasonal produce sourced directly from the estate
    • Contributing ideas towards seasonal menu development
    • Maintaining exceptional organisation, consistency and attention to detail throughout service

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to perform within a busy professional kitchen
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • An interest in sustainability and farm-to-fork cooking
  • Experience within Michelin, Rosette or luxury hotel kitchens would be advantageous but is by no means essential.

What’s On Offer

  • Basic salaries ranging from £28,000 - £42,000, depending on experience
  • Approx. £7,800 per year in gratuities
  • Staff accommodation available
  • Private healthcare
  • Enhanced holiday allowance
  • Life assurance from day one
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Enhanced maternity & paternity pay
  • Company sick pay
  • Free staff meals
  • 50% discount across the estate's restaurants

  • Monthly recognition awards and annual staff events
  • £1,000 employee referral bonus
  • Ongoing training and genuine career progression within one of the UK's leading sustainable hospitality businesses
