About the Role:

We\’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen brigade serving modern staff dining with a strong emphasis on:

Health & nutrition
Street food concepts
Seasonal and sustainable produceYou\’ll play a key role in food preparation and service across a variety of counters, contributing ideas for menus and collaborating with a team that prides itself on innovation and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with daily menus and seasonal rotations
Work across hot, cold, and live food stations as required
Ensure all food is served to a high standard of taste, presentation, and hygiene
Support menu development with a focus on health, balance, and global food trends
Maintain excellent food safety and allergen compliance
Collaborate with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth serviceWe\’re Looking For:
