The Role As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistently high standards during service. You'll work closely with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef, gaining exposure to all areas of the kitchen while continuing to develop your skills and knowledge. You'll be joining a business that values creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail, with a strong focus on developing chefs from within.
