We are looking for a passionate and driven Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team at one of the UK's leading golf and country club groups based in Oakham, Rutland. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a high-quality hospitality environment offering exceptional facilities, beautiful surroundings, and genuine progression opportunities.

As Chef De Partie, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service across the club's food and beverage outlets. You will play an important role in maintaining kitchen standards, ensuring food safety compliance, managing stock, and supporting the wider kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within hospitality kitchens, strong organisational skills, and a passion for fresh food and excellent customer service. You will thrive under pressure, work well within a team, and take pride in always maintaining the highest standards.

  • Excellent understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Experience with stock control and minimising waste
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Level 1 & 2 Food Safety qualifications preferred
  • Flexible approach to working hours including weekends and evenings
  • Set Shift Times - 6am - 14:30pm / 12:30pm - 21:00pm
