Business Development Manager – Bradford £28,000 – £35,000 basic | OTE £45,000 – £50,000 Are you a natural-born closer who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? We\’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take full control of the Leeds territory – someone who\’s proactive, persistent, and thrives on competition. This is not a soft consultative sale. This is direct selling at its most focused. If you\’re the kind of person who sees targets as a minimum expectation and takes pride in outperforming your peers, we want to hear from you. You\’ll be responsible for generating new business from scratch – cold calling, door knocking, and pitching face-to-face. You must be confident selling directly to decision-makers, closing deals quickly, and maintaining high activity levels every day. If you\’re not afraid of rejection and see every \”no\” as one step closer to a \”yes\”, you\’ll fit right in. What You\’ll Be Doing: Managing a defined territory across Leeds (postcode split between two reps) Responsible for £10,000 in new business per month Targeted to secure 15 new orders per month Selling 12, 24, and 36-month contracts (with bonus incentives for longer-term deals) Operating primarily in the field – visiting business premises, cold calling, and pitching face-to-face Driving the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing, with a focus on volume and velocityWhat We\’re Looking For: Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or door-to-door selling Someone who can pitch and close on the spot without relying on drawn-out sales processes A highly competitive personality with a strong desire to win Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field Full UK driving licence and based in or near LeedsThis role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, is resilient to rejection, and has the hunger to build a pipeline from scratch and convert it into revenue – fast. What\’s On Offer: Basic salary: £28,000 – £35,000, depending on experience OTE £45,000 – £50,000, with uncapped commission Company car (VW Golf), fuel card, laptop and mobile phone Weekly pay – commission paid every 3rd Friday of the month 22 days holiday + bank holidays (3 days held for Christmas shutdown) 6-month probation period with support and training from our Barnsley officeHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm No evenings, no weekends – just high-performance selling.
