We are recruiting for a Receptionist to be involved in a location that you can be proud of and within a friendly and laid back team. The Receptionist will be the face of a well renowned and reputable Spa Resort with hotel rooms, and become part of a passionate team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a stunning wellness environment.
We're looking for an experienced Receptionist with strong customer service and administration skills to be the welcoming face of the resort.
What you'll do:
- Welcome guests and deliver outstanding front-of-house service
- Book spa treatments and assist with guest enquiries
- Check guests in and out
- Process payments and manage reception systems
- Provide administrative support to management
What we're looking for:
- Reception or customer service experience within a hotel or spa
- Confident using computer systems
- Friendly, professional and organised
- Able to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Passion for wellness and healthy living
Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday (rota basis)
- Early: 7am-4pm
- Mid: 9am-6pm
- Late: 11:30am-8:30pm
