Search Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced warehouse operative to work for one of our busy warehouse clients based in The Wirral. This role will be working in a busy environment. This is a great opportunity to join a company and department that continues to grow.
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment would be advantageous. Experience working on a Counterbalance FLT would be preferred.
Duties will include:
- Picking and packing
- Loading and unloading
- Picking with pick sheets
- Updating spreadsheets
- Operating cutting machinery
- Manual handling
- Working with scissors and knife
- Palletising
- Lifting up to 25kg
- Operating Counterbalance FLT
- Keeping work stations clean and tidy
- Adhering to all health and safety on site
The successful candidate must:
- Be reliable and hardworking
- Be able to lift up to 25kg
- Have good hand-eye coordination
- Be able to work at a fast pace
- Good time management
- Good IT skills
