Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage with prospective learners and businesses.
  • Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into enrolments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Promote training programmes, apprenticeships and development opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
  • Follow up leads and nurture prospects through the sales process.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the learner journey.

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales, telesales, business development or customer-focused role.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent telephone manner and objection-handling abilities.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience within training, education, apprenticeships or employability sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
