The Role
You'll support adults in specialist healthcare settings, working with individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Every shift offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference while gaining experience across a variety of services.
Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with day-to-day living activities
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
- Supporting with meals, hydration and personal wellbeing
- Observing and reporting changes in service users' wellbeing
- Completing accurate records and following individual care plans
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months recent UK experience as a Support Worker or in a similar healthcare role
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to travel within Bradford and the surrounding areas using your own transport or public transport
