We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and beautifully presented hotel located in the G72 9UE area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join a growing kitchen brigade within a supportive and professional environment. The property has a strong reputation and a positive team culture, offering a collaborative, family-oriented atmosphere in the kitchen. With continued growth and investment in the team, this is an exciting time to join the business and contribute to its ongoing development.
The Role
- Position: Chef de Partie (Permanent)
- Working approximately 45 hours per week
- Currently 5 days from 7
- Planned transition to a 4 days on / 3 days off rota once the full kitchen team is established
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience at Chef de Partie level
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a brigade
- Passionate about quality food and maintaining high standards
