Search are currently working for a business based in Bradford who are looking for a finance administrator to join the business on a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to go perm!

Job Duties:

  • Review mailbox for mid term cancellation queries, validating requests pre partial refund rules
  • Checking customer service excel files and lock financial transactions for future direct debits
  • Calculate and communicate detailed refunds
  • Recharge dealers for commission included in calculations; send documents and post collections to business partner
  • Post all relevant transactions with correct general ledger codes
  • Answer customer and dealer calls regarding mid-term cancellations and direct debit issues
  • Handle direct debit rejections, record failures, and process related correspondence per procedure
  • Contact customers about unpaid debt for collection or necessary write off
  • Escalate any issues to senior management
