Billing Specialist | Temporary We are recruiting for a Billing Specialist to join a large organisation billing team on a temporary basis in Castleford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong billing experience to start immediately in January and make an impact. What You\βll Be Doing Managing portal billing Processing customer invoices and credit notes Handling billing queries Raising consolidated invoices Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues Investigating anomalies and correcting billing errors Preparing statements and client reports Posting receipts and reconciling invoices in accounting systems What We\βre Looking For Previous accounts or billing experience Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong IT skills, especially Excel and Sage 200 Proactive, resilient, and results-driven This role will be full time working 8:00 AM- 5 PM fully office based, with an option to go hybrid after training. This attractive office is open planned with entertainment facilities included with a pool table and a coffee machine.
