CTC-Cleared Construction Operative - HMP Belmarsh
Location: HMP Belmarsh, South East London
Start date: Monday 26 October 2026
Contract: Temporary, with ongoing opportunities

Search is recruiting an experienced construction operative with CTC clearance to undertake facilities management works at HMP Belmarsh.
Duties will include general building maintenance, refurbishment, repairs and associated construction works within the prison environment.
Requirements:
- CTC security clearance.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Relevant construction and maintenance experience.
- A reliable, professional approach and ability to follow site security procedures.
- IPAF advantageous for works involving access equipment.
- SMSTS is also advantageous but not essential.
