We are working with a well-established and highly regarded civil engineering contractor to assist them in hiring a Supervisor for their growing team in Beauly. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join a busy and supportive business delivering a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Highlands. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. As the Supervisor your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing daily site activities and coordinating operational teams
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety procedures
- Supervising subcontractors, labour, and plant on site
- Monitoring progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
- Maintaining quality standards and completing relevant site documentation
- Supporting site management and liaising with clients and stakeholders as required
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous supervisory experience within civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects
- A strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to organise workloads and manage teams effectively
