Regional Operations Director
We're seeking a senior operations leader to take full ownership of a large-scale logistics and delivery operation, driving performance, service quality and commercial results across a regional network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality and cost control.
- Develop and deliver strategic plans to improve operational performance.
- Manage and develop senior operational teams.
- Drive resource planning, operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take ownership of a significant P&L and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Senior leadership experience within logistics, distribution, parcel, transport or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record managing large budgets and operational performance.
- Strong strategic planning, change management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading multi-site operations within a complex environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
