Internal Sales Coordinator (Chemical Manufacturing) £Permanent We are thrilled to be exclusively working with our client, a globally recognised manufacturing brand, to bring onboard a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to join their Internal Sales Team.
Working closely with customers, external sales teams, and production colleagues, you will translate technical requirements into commercially viable solutions, ensuring quotes are correctly costed and aligned with manufacturing capabilities.
You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting order processing, and driving follow-up activities to convert opportunities into business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical mindset and strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced engineering environment and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality service and results.
- Experience in a similar internal sales, engineering, or commercial role (ideally 3+ years)
- A solid technical understanding of engineering or manufacturing processes
- Comfortable using IT systems/ERP tools and standard business software
- Has knowledge of (or willingness to learn) ISO standards and regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience working with advanced engineering materials (e. g. plastics)
- Background in sales, production, or purchasing within an engineering environment
- Pension contribution matched plus 2% (maximum 10% employee contribution).
