We're recruiting motivated and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our client's successful team. With over 20 years of experience supplying the construction industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing business.

Role Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the Business Development and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and maintain accurate customer accounts.
* Keep CRM system data updated and organised.
* Record and follow up on meeting actions (e.g., customer notes, brochures, costing).
* Assist with order processing and sales quotations (covering during holidays/lunch breaks).
* Research and identify new business opportunities via lead generation, calls, social media, and industry platforms.
Requirements
* Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills.
* Confident communicator (written and verbal) with excellent telephone manners.
* Conscientious and capable of working in a busy environment.
* A relationship builder with a proactive mindset.
* Experience in the construction or industrial sales sector is a plus.
