Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to join a respected and progressive legal firm? Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Part Exchange and Plot Sales team within the Commercial Property Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Handling part exchange and plot sales matters for house-builder clients
- Liaising with clients, developers, solicitors, and third parties throughout the transaction process
- Preparing legal documentation and maintaining accurate case records
- Managing workloads effectively while working to deadlines
- Supporting the wider Commercial Property team to deliver an efficient service
- Utilising case management systems and Microsoft Office to maintain files and correspondence
About You
- Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal is essential
