At Search Technology, we are the preferred partner to world-leading AI startups and technology-driven hedge funds with a primary focus on London, Europe, New York, and San Francisco. Our day-to-day involves working with many of the world's smartest Engineers, Researchers, and Scientists and connecting them to the world's most impressive firms. Founded in 2019, we are a highly experienced team of 10 and are looking to hire multiple recruiters who share our common values and our ambition to be the best there is.
You will work in our highly collaborative team environment, with a team who have a deep interest and passion for their specialist markets. This opportunity will work very closely with our founders and directors, who are million £ billers on an insanely warm and lucrative desk. Our office is situated in the heart of Canary Wharf and we operate a hybrid working model, 2 days per week in the office. We operate monthly incentives, company retreats, and highly competitive commissions.
We are looking for people who have expertise in hiring the best people in the world for software engineering or research domains such as Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech.

Ideal experience:
- Deep connections from leading prop trading, hedge funds, Deep tech, and big tech firms such as Jump, Citadel, DeepMind, Anthropic, or Meta.
- Experience of working with competitive programmers.
- Exposure to some research roles would be a bonus.
- Ideally working roles focusing on Python, C++ (low latency), Rust, or Go.
Must have a degree from a university in a leading subject such as law, economics, or sciences.
