We are partnering with a high-growth, award-winning technology services organisation delivering end-to-end IT solutions, digital transformation, and managed services to enterprise and mid-market clients across Ireland and the UK.

Following continued growth, they are now hiring two high-calibre new business sales professionals to drive expansion in both Ireland and the UK.
The Role
This is a pure new business / hunter role. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying, targeting, and winning new clients across enterprise and mid-market sectors
- Building a strong pipeline through proactive outbound activity (networking, referrals, events, strategic targeting)
- Engaging with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, IT Directors, Procurement)
- Leading consultative sales cycles across complex IT / digital solutions
- Working closely with technical and pre-sales teams to shape tailored client solutions
- Managing the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to close

A broad portfolio of high-value services including:
- Managed IT & support services
- Cloud transformation & hybrid infrastructure
- Cybersecurity & compliance solutions
- Modern workplace / Microsoft technologies

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven track record in new business sales (hunter mentality)
- Experience selling: IT services / managed services / cloud / SaaS / consulting
- Strong ability to open doors and build pipeline from scratch
- Experience dealing with senior decision-makers (C-suite / IT leadership)
- Commercially driven with a clear focus on revenue growth
Highly Desirable:
- Background in: Managed services, Microsoft ecosystem, Digital transformation / consulting
- Experience in long, consultative sales cycles
- Strong network within UK enterprise markets
