Clients include major high-street and private banks, insurers, and specialist lenders, with services supporting everything from loan security to portfolio management. Loan Security Valuations: Independent reports on market and rental values of individual properties or entire portfolios Alternative Asset Valuations: Supporting acquisitions, disposals, taxation, litigation, and financial reporting Company Accounts Valuations: Providing clients with compliant, reliable asset valuations for reporting purposes Diminution in Value: Advising in disputes such as dilapidations or professional negligence claims Supporting asset management firms and investment trusts with detailed property insights There is an exciting opportunity to join the valuation team at the Southern England office. Depending on experience, this position could suit either a recently chartered surveyor or a more senior professional with a background in leisure, trading, or commercial assets. You’ll engage with a broad client base—from developers and private investors to financial institutions and large corporate occupiers—providing a rich and varied workload. Experience in commercial, trading, or leisure property sectors is a plus
