We are seeking an experienced and driven Responsible Individual to oversee two established childrens residential homes in Cannock, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is an excellent opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role with a growing organisation that has clear plans for expansion. This position offers the chance to provide governance and oversight across two stable services while also playing a key role in shaping the organisations future development and growth strategy.
The Role
- Act as the Registered Responsible Individual for two childrens homes
- Provide effective leadership, oversight, and support to Registered Managers
- Ensure full compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Monitor performance, quality of care, and safeguarding practice across both services
- Drive continuous improvement and support homes to achieve strong Ofsted outcomes
- Contribute to the organisations strategic growth, including future service development
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape operational and expansion plans
