C&C Care Solutions Ltd is looking for a Level 4 qualified Deputy Manager to lead a small, supportive residential home. This is a hands-on leadership role helping ensure high-quality care and staff development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Registered Manager in running the home.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Residential Support Workers.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and care standards.
  • Occasionally work alternative shifts (e.g., 12–8) and provide on-call support.

Who You Are:

  • Level 4 in residential childcare (essential).
  • Experienced in residential care leadership.
  • Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
  • Driving license is essential.
  • Flexible, proactive, and ready to make a real difference.

Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm (occasional alternative shifts)
