We are working with a well-established, small independent fostering agency located near Canterbury, rated Good by Ofsted, who are now seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service into its next exciting phase of growth. The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational leadership of the fostering service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing strong, inspirational leadership to the fostering team
- Ensuring full compliance with fostering regulations, legislation, and Ofsted requirements
- Maintaining and improving the agency's Good Ofsted rating, with a clear pathway to Outstanding
- Overseeing recruitment, assessment, training, and support of foster carers

About You
- An experienced Fostering Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of fostering legislation, standards, and best practice
- Confident working with Ofsted and leading inspections
