C&C Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced and committed Registered Manager to lead a small residential home. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for delivering high-quality care, managing a skilled team, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the residential home.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and development.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of each child.
- Occasionally work alternative shifts (e.g., 12–8) and provide on-call support as required.
Requirements
- Registered Manager status or equivalent experience in residential childcare management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, regulatory frameworks, and residential care best practices.
- Level 4 residential childcare qualification or above preferred.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Working Hours
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional alternative shifts or on-call duties.
