What You’ll Do:
- Support the Registered Manager in running the home.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Residential Support Workers.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and care standards.
- Occasionally work alternative shifts (e.g., 12–8) and provide on-call support.
Who You Are:
- Level 4 in residential childcare (essential).
- Experienced in residential care leadership.
- Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- Driving license is essential.
- Flexible, proactive, and ready to make a real difference.
Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm (occasional alternative shifts)
