We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a welcoming 3-bed children's residential home in Worthing, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader looking to join a highly supportive organisation with strong operational infrastructure, including a dedicated Quality Team, experienced Responsible Individual (RI), and supportive Head of Service.
As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
- Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
- Ensure high-quality care and safeguarding practices
- Support, motivate, and develop your staff team
- Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Work closely with senior leadership and quality teams

To be considered for this Registered Manager position, you should have:
- Experience within children's residential care
- Leadership or management experience in a children's home
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
