Our client seeks a Personal Lines Broker to join their team.
Role Profile: To effectively and efficiently provide professional customer service and advice to clients at all times, both face-to-face and via telephone/email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations and make policy adjustments on a daily basis.
- Process all relevant documentation received in an efficient manner maintaining the highest level of client administration.
- Develop working relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction.
- Work towards achieving departmental targets.
- Promote the Brand and cross-sell additional applications and services to clients.
- Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory and market standards and adopt relevant Company Policies and Procedures to maintain suitable records and meet audit standards.
- Demonstrate confident and effective communication skills, including excellent telephone skills and the ability to construct good written communication (letters & emails).
- Exhibit close attention to detail and accuracy with excellent customer service skills.
- Work under pressure at times, without supervision.
- Maintain an attitude of learning – study towards the Certificate in Insurance and further studies as relevant via the Chartered Insurance Institute.
- Be a team player, demonstrating an ability to work jointly and supportively with colleagues.
- Be proficient in Microsoft packages including Teams, Word, and Outlook.
