Our client seeks a Senior Administrator to join their team.
Role Profile The main purpose of this role is to manage and service a portfolio of Companies and Trusts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the needs and expectations of your clients, prioritising tasks that are considered urgent.
- Undertake all administration and credit control functions for your portfolio.
- Provide assistance to the other administrators and cover for them when they are out of the office.
- Maintain accurate time sheets to reflect the work undertaken.
- Collaborate with, and provide technical support to the team, offering guidance and support to team members as and when required.
- Proactively keep up-to-date with industry legislation and proposed changes.
- Bring to the attention of Directors any issues of concern to ensure they are reported in a timely manner.
- Assist with projects.
Key Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a TCSP technician and ideally hold or be partly qualified in an industry recognised qualification i.e. STEP, ICSA, ACCA.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Isle of Man Companies Act, and related corporate governance supported by a high level working knowledge and understanding of Anti Money-Laundering and other current legislation.
- Self-driven, results-oriented and reliable, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality service.
- Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with professional people and high net worth individuals.
- Well-developed inter-personal skills, with an ability to motivate other administrators and interact with senior management.
- Self-Motivation and disciplined in task completion with the ability to resolve issues with minimum supervision.
- High level or organisational and prioritisation skills; flexibility and willingness to help other in a friendly and professional manner.
