Our client seeks a Regional Financial Controller to join their team. Acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, the role goes beyond core finance operations to deliver meaningful analysis, strengthen governance, and support strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes.
- Ensure accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Review accruals, prepayments, provisions, and intercompany balances.
- Provide clear variance analysis with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS /US GAAP and internal policies.
- Review complex accounting areas.
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and reconciliations.
- Support audits and prepare audit files.
- Act as deputy to the Regional Finance Lead.
- Oversee multiple entities and ensure consistency.
- Support and guide local finance teams.
- Mentor team members and review work.
- Provide high-quality financial commentary to management.
- Translate financial results into key insights.
- Support commercial teams with margin and cost analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Monitor key metrics and performance drivers.

Key Skills and Experience
- Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- 5–8+ years relevant experience.
- Experience in multinational environments.
- Experience with or exposure to US GAAP and/or a SOX control environment would be beneficial.
- Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Desirable – experience working within a multicurrency environment.
