Our client seeks a Pensions Administrator to join their team.

Role Profile

Responsible for the daily administration of various aspects of pension structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of established pensions
  • Processing new joiners
  • Maintaining accurate data on all client files together with full documentation
  • Respond to queries by phone, letter, and email
  • Use a computer system to check and update records
  • Calculating and processing pension benefits
  • Process money paid towards a person's pension
  • Processing withdrawals for invoices and pensions
  • Transfer benefits from one pension to another
  • Arrange the payment of pensions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Adhering to internal processes and procedures ensuring all regulatory requirements are understood and maintained
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Key Skills & Experience

  • You will ideally have at least 2 years office experience or be a School/College leaver with excellent grades at A-level standard grade C or above.
  • Good level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisation skills and time management skills
  • High level of confidentiality required
  • Basic knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive information
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
