Our client looks for a Part-Time Business Analyst/Customer Success person who has strong communication and organisational skills and experience of working with both business and technical stakeholders and a background in digital transformation, software projects or technology driven environments. (2.5 days approximately a week)
They are looking for a locally based candidate on the Isle of Man who can work closely with existing customers and act as the local link between customer, local partner and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with users and management to understand business requirements and operational processes.
- Translating requirements and issues clearly back to the product and development teams.
- Supporting implementation, onboarding, training and user adoption.
- Following up on issues, change requests and improvement opportunities.
- Building a strong day-to-day relationship with customers.
- Identifying opportunities where you can provide additional value and expand services with the existing customer.
- Taking an active role in business development and sales opportunities across the Isle of Man, helping to identify potential new customers, build local relationships and introduce solutions to the wider market.
This role will be broader than a typical BA role.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills are very important, together with a practical and proactive mindset and commercial awareness.
Experience from software/Saa S, implementation or digital transformation would be an advantage, as would previous experience in business development or sales.
