Our client seeks a Part-Time Administrator to assist their team on an 8 - 12 week temporary contract. (Hours of Work 25 - 30 hours a week)
Responsibilities:
- As part of a team, you will provide administration services to meet regulatory, statutory and service responsibilities.
- This will include providing a broad range of corporate services support and delivering high quality front-line customer service across the Department.
- You will work with the Corporate Governance and Compliance Manager/Data Protection Officer (DPO) to provide administrative support for Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR).
- Deliver excellent customer services and corporate services functions.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- You will need to be professional, flexible and credible in your approach.
- Relevant experience of working in an office or administrative environment.
- Experience of working in a customer services environment.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to keep track of a number of workstreams.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Ability to follow procedures and understand guidance.
- Experience of working on own initiative.
- Willingness to learn FOI, Data Protection and Information Governance processes.
