Our client seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their team.
Role Profile
: Based in the Douglasoffice, you will be responsible foroverseeing the financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition
- Preparetimelymonthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers
- Manage a team
- Take care of collection
- Maintain relationships with banks
- Oversee financial systems and recommend improvements where necessary
Key Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial controller ora similarrole
- Experience in digital marketing, media, or i Gaming industries is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software (e. g. Quick Books) and Excel
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently andmaintainhigh levelsof accuracy under pressure
