Our banking client is delivering a regulatory driven compensation project requiring immediate support within their data and operations function. The role will focus on extracting, cleansing and structuring data from multiple internal systems to support a live claims and customer contact process. This data will be used by operational teams within a CRM system to manage customer outreach and payment activity. This is a hands-on role working closely with operations, customer service and IT stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, complete and fit for purpose in a time sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and consolidate data from multiple internal systems
